PIL- POOR QUALITY OF FORENSIC POSTMORTEM SERIVICES IN INDIA: High Courts Notice

Bombay High Court- Nagpur bench has issued notice on 01.10.2014 to Central and State Health and Home Ministry, and MCI on PIL filed by him (entitled Dr. Indrajit Khandekar Vs. Union of India & Othrs- PIL No.30/2014) highlighting the Poor quality of Post-mortem services in country.
